1983-86             BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art with First Class Honours, School of Art &
                            Design, Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham
1992                  Master of Fine Art Degree, Duncan of Jordanstone College,
                           University of Dundee (awarded a state bursary)
